Both Dr. Kamelchuk and his staff are highly educated and skilled (check out his credentials on the webpage!) Any questions are answered thoroughly and quickly, both in office and over the phone. Dr. Kamelchuk is professional yet approachable. The staff have never been discourteous or unprofessional, and the office attitude is fun and light - it seems he's a good doctor to work for too.
Very friendly and knowledgeable. Like his mannerisms. The staff are good and appointments are always on time.
He and his staff were extremely friendly, cheery and efficient. I have never had such a great experience at a dentist/ortho clinic ever! He did some of my work pro bono as my previous ortho refused to transfer the funds with me when I moved. Wonder people!!!
Dr. Kamelchuk rocks! He's my 2nd ortho, the 1st one messed up and I had to get braces again to correct what the other guy did. Dr. Kamelchuk is very friendly- one adjustment ended up making me cry because it hurt so badly (couldn't be avoided), and he and his assistant handled the situation superbly. They had me laughing through tears in just a few seconds. When I had to fast-track treatment to get my braces off in time for my wedding, he and his staff were incredible. They all remembered my name and asked how planning for the wedding was going! Once I have enough money saved, I'm going back to resume treatment and have braces put back on - the staff have even called a couple of times to check on me and make sure my retainer is still fitting. How's that for attentive care??
As a +50's patient with unique problems, Dr. Kamelchuk has been a pleasure to deal with. I never waited for a scheduled appointment and was repeatedly amazed at how he was able to adjust his tone, knowledge level and degree of seriousness in a moment to deal with young kids, teens and much older patients like myself. His ability to speak to me in layman's terms to ensure my understanding was a very valuable trait for me. He elicited my rust early on and at no time through my treatment did I ever feel that I didn't understand why something was being done. Lorne has a wonderful staff who emulate all the traits mentioned above and who seem to value each patient as a unique individual. I would highly, highly recommend this practice for a patient of any age.
Dr. Kamelchuk is very personable and kind. His humour is infectious and immediately puts kids at ease. He is more that willing to work with you and respects your input and yet you know that he is wanting the best for your smile. Our 3 out of 4 family members have looked to him for his expertise, and have never been disappointed. We have been seeing him for 4 years now, two sets of braces! We are still smiling.
Always on time - good with kids - very friendly - works about 3 days/week so not always available - office staff is amazing - his overhead must be atrocious with cappuccino machine, several Nintendo stations, etc…
This guy is so nice and cheerful it's amazing. Great with kids AND parents. Explains everything and answers all questions. Staff is great as well. Daughter has been a patient for several years and have NEVER had a late appointment.
